Broadband Users: You could just click the links here and listen to the shows straight off the site (or right-click on one of the links to download), but there's a much better way...Into your Head is a "Podcast"- a radio show that you can "subscribe" to (free) so new episodes find their way to your computer, or even your portable music player as soon as I put them up.
First off, download Itunes free from Itunes or Apples or some goddam place. Use Itunes to go into the Itunes store, search for "Into Your Head" in their podcast directory, and hit "subscribe". Now your Itunes will download new shows as soon as we put them up, and you can even have them sync automatically to your I-pod. If you're subscribing using something other than I-tunes (for example, a cat), you'll probably need to past the following feed address in somewhere:

Dialup users: You nice innocent folks should just listen the old-fashioned way, staight off the website. Just go here and click on an episode. Don't feel bad - I survived many years without broadband or an i-pod, and went on to lead a happy, productive life. Although eventually I got bored I got broadband and later a girlfriend.
